Tawang, located at an elevation of 10,000 feet, is a paradise for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts. The highlight of this town is the magnificent Tawang Monastery, the largest monastery in India and the second-largest in the world. The monastery is perched on a hilltop and offers panoramic views of the surrounding valleys. Don’t miss the opportunity to witness the grandeur of the Tawang Festival, held annually in the month of October.
Tezpur, known as the cultural capital of Assam, is a gateway to Arunachal Pradesh. This charming town is nestled on the banks of the Brahmaputra River and is renowned for its ancient temples and archaeological sites. Visit Agnigarh, a hillock that offers panoramic views of Tezpur, and explore the ruins of Da Parbatia, an ancient temple dating back to the 6th century.
Dirang, situated amidst the breathtaking Himalayas, is a hidden gem in Arunachal Pradesh. This picturesque town is known for its apple orchards, hot springs, and scenic beauty. Take a leisurely stroll along the Dirang Dzong, a fort built in the 17th century, and soak in the tranquility of the Sangti Valley.

- Meet and greet at Guwahati Airport/Station and drive to Tezpur.
- Check-in into the hotel & relax.
- If time permits visit Mahabhairab Temple, Agnigarh.
- After breakfast drive to Dirang.
- Enroute visit – Tipi Orchid Centre, Hot Water Spring.
- Check-in into the hotel & relax.
- Overnight Stay at Dirang.
- Post breakfast, check-out & drive towards Tawang.
- Enroute witnessed the snowcapped Sella Pass at 14000 ft and the Jaswant Garh War Memorial. (Legend has it that Jaswant (Mahavir Chakra Awardee (Posthumous) of 4th Battalion Garhwal Rifles), fought a lone battle against the invading Chinese during the 1962 war. His spirit is still believed to protect the place).

- Tawang – The beautiful land of the Monpa tribes with the “GOLDEN NAMGYAL LHATSE ” Monastery – one of the largest Lamaseries of the Mahayana sect in Asia.
- The birthplace of the 6th Dalai Lama, the Monastery is 400 years old and is adorned with the 18-foot-high statue of Lord Buddha.
- ‘The Land of Dawn-lit Mountains’ at 3500 mts gives you unparalleled purity of nature.
- Visit the monastery and the War Memorial.
- Evening free for shopping. Overnight stay at Tawang.
- Full-day trip to Madhuri Lake, Bumla pass and PTSo Lake subject to permission granted by the DC office, Tawang.

- Early morning after breakfast drive to Bomdila.
- Check-in into the hotel & relax.
- Later visit Bomdila Monastery. Evening free at leisure.
