Asst. Sales Manager

We are looking for a Travel Sales Asst. Manager, who is passionate about traveling. You will collaborate with the Sales team to set achievable sales targets and provide guidance on strategies to meet or exceed those goals. Assess the effectiveness of current sales strategies and adjust as needed. Manage travel requirements made for holidays and will provide tourism-related services and package tours. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.

Responsibilities:

  • Training, Planning, and Reporting for Sales Team Meeting Sales Targets and assisting the team members in meeting theirs.
  • Deal with, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, refunds, etc.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and customer responses.
  • Suggesting Guests on best-suited domestic holiday experiences and fixed departure tours
  • Handling guest queries and ensuring high service levels are maintained.

 

Requirement:

  • Any graduate/post-graduate.
  • Excellent customer focus and strong communication skills, self-driven, and has a passion to pursue a career in travel.
  • Excellent negotiation skills A highly motivated individual who can deliver continuously under a target-driven sales environment
  • Sound knowledge of domestic travel trends
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a relevant field
  • Personal travel experience will be an advantage
